Kiln Kube

£500 to secure one of the first batch units.

Our new portable firewood and timber kiln is a totally self contained unit. Complete with vibrating feed conveyor for automatically filling mixed sawdust, chip and slithers/small lumps to the 80kw heat system. A recirculation fan, control system and venting all allows an operating temperature to build to 70 degrees and steam to be released. This can be used together with suitable sized sheds, a shipping container or a reefer with the back removed. Perfect working from rented yards. The 800mm fan recirculates the air over the Number 111 dry heat unit, then vents on high humidity. And temperature. This unit does not require screenings to be shredded.

Estimated unit cost - £40,000

An option of a hooklift bin kit will be available to blow hot air into the base and extract from the top.

Once we are in production of the Kiln Kube we will be starting the design of the Kiln Kube Maxx, a 140kw powered kiln unit.
