Boiler Feed System
2 month lead time.
Available in two sizes and each size has a hight extension option. Heavy duty and galvanised for long life, designed to hold enough fuel for an average of 2 days run time. Scrapers take sawdust/chip from the bottom of the feed bin to be dropped onto the lift conveyor. This method allows odd sizes like lumps and sticks (even stones) etc to be drawn in to the boiler without blockages like auger fed units. Perfect to use every bit of waste possible.

Boiler Control System
Available now.
Suitable for all our boiler units, a single phase control unit for the feed system. Water and Stack temperature probes control an integral linear actuator, slowly adjusting the boiler’s air damper. A beam sensor mounted on the feed chute activates the conveyor system to give additional fuel as and when required.
